Conductive additive based on a surfactant with a surfactant for phenolic resoles, water-based PU and acrylic coatings without drawbacks in color and mechanical properties. Widely applied for acrylic water-based applications.

Material system
Water-based acrylic system
Working dosage
0.1–1 wt.%
Сoncentrate carrier
Surfactant & stabilizing agent – alkylene glycol derivative, distyryl biphenyl derivative
Shape
Paste

Benefits

Electrical conductivity

Allows uniform and permanent electrical conductivity without “hot spots”

Permanent characteristics

Anti-static properties independent of humidity

Mechanical properties

Maintains or even increases mechanical properties

Flexibility in color

Adding color to acrylic systems is possible due to low working dosages of the concentrate and minimal greying effect

Viscosity retained

Minimally affects density, viscosity and other rheological properties of matrix material

Easy to use

The pre-dispersed formula allows use of standard manufacturing equipment
