TUBALL™ graphene nanotubes are a high-performance conductive agent for liquid silicone rubber (LSR), enabling the full range of electrical resistance of <10 to 1010 Ω, while maintaining low viscosity, high operational reliability and permanent elasticity.
With their unique properties, graphene nanotubes, also known as single wall carbon nanotubes, help to avoid any drawbacks in silicones associated with the use of standard anti-static additives.

For compounders’ convenience, OCSiAl has developed the TUBALL™ MATRIX line which features homogeneous dispersion of graphene nanotubes. The extremely low concentration of TUBALL™ MATRIX (which is 3 to 10 times lower than that of carbon black used as an anti-static agent) guarantees no carbon release on the surface of the final products and allows coloration of anti-static LSR compounds.
